At L3Home we understand that our customers have different needs when it comes to delivery of their items. We realise that shipping can be a significant part of the overall price and we have managed to reduce the shipping cost as compared to our competitors.
To offer you the best delivery value and secure delivery service, we partner with a variety of couriers who delivers our furniture and homewares.
On the product page for each item, simply input your postcode and our shipping calculator will provide you with options to choose from for delivery.
You will also see an estimate of the dispatch e.g. ‘Leaves in 3 Business Days’ on the product page. Please note that this is an indication of when we send the product to our shipping partner and not the date it arrives at your door.
Please note that orders are delivered in a single shipment. If items in the order have differing Arrival Dates, the order will be despatched when the last item is ready for delivery. Please let us know if you would like your order despatched in multiple shipments - we will determine the revised shipping cost for you.
We offer the following shipping options:
Orders placed using this service offer a one-man delivery to your front door at ground level only. The couriers cannot carry out any multi-level deliveries due to OH&S policies. If the access is difficult, we need to know in advance as there may be additional charges.
The deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00am to 6:00pm (except Public Holidays).
For small homewares and accessories, orders placed using this service will arrive within 4 working days (working days excluding: Weekends, Public Holidays).
The estimated delivery time is 1 – 4 business days, depending on the delivery schedule of Australia Post.
By choosing Melbourne VIP service during checkout gives you the flexibility to choose your desired delivery date. Following your payment, we will send you an email to confirm your preferred delivery date.
This service includes a one-man front door-to-door service on a day of your choosing decided upon. The pick-ups are made by the first available vehicle and delivered to you.
The deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 1:00am to 5:00pm (except Public Holidays).
*subject to traffic congestion/time of booking, weather, vehicle type.
Orders placed using this service include delivery to your preferred room, unboxing, assembling (excluding mirrors, artwork and hanging furniture) and removal of packaging.
Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be place prior to delivery. Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move existing furniture nor are they allowed to move.
