What is Pre Ordering?
Pre Ordering is the ability to place an order for an item that is not available for purchase at the moment. At L3 Home, a deposit of 50% of the sale price is required to reserve any upcoming products. Once the payment is received, an invoice will be issued with the arrival date.
You can use our Order Tracking page to keep track of your pre order items while receiving update emails on your pre order status.
In the unfortunate event that a product is unavailable for pre order, your deposit will be refunded to you as per payment method.
Pre Order Delivery Times
We’d love to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, as Pre Order items are not available in our inventory, delivery times will take longer than regular orders. Our team will update you on your expected delivery times.
Swatches
Pre Ordering is made easy with Swatches. Swatches are samples of material that you can choose for your order. We are happy to provide 3” x 3” (leather or fabric) to give you a closer feel of the product. You’ll be more confident to make a purchase once you have felt the material and colour for yourself.
