Because buying furniture online comes with a few big questions. 

You want to know when it will arrive, whether you need to be home, and if someone’s carrying it in or if it’s you and your partner awkwardly pivoting it through the hallway like a scene from Friends. 

This page covers all of that (and more), from dispatch to doorstep, or your living room, if you’ve booked white glove—we’ve got your back!

Whether it’s an ottoman or a full dining set, we’re here to help get it to you safely, smoothly, and with as few surprises as possible.


What to expect when you order from us: 

  • In-stock items usually leave our Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days, but may vary depending on availability. order size and peak seasonal periods.
  • Larger or more delicate pieces might need a little extra prep—or a courier with more finesse. It's worth the added time to make sure they arrive in one piece. 
  • Pre-purchase items will show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. These are based on incoming shipments and may shift slightly depending on freight schedules.

You'll receive tracking details via email when your order's on the move. 


Please ensure you have filled in the correct delivery address as once items have left our warehouse additional charges may apply if you wish to change, amend or cancel the order. Due to the size restrictions of them item, we require a physical home or work address and are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Please also note, it is not uncommon for items on orders to travel separately from different couriers or drivers and locations. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to check with our customer service team.

Delivery times may be affected by seasonal and national holidays. In the event any of the above occurs, our customer service is ready to update you on your order and delivery time.

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. For more precise delivery information, please contact our customer service team or refer to the tracking information provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number which you can use to keep an eye on the status of your package(s) and to ensure you can arrange to be home at the time of delivery. Track your package from the nominated courier’s website by inputting the tracking number to return the details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are never fun but necessary to get your orders to you. We do live in a big country and as such shipping fees vary by the size & type of product you order and the intended delivery destination.

Multiple items in one order

For orders of multiple items, they may ship separately according to size – if this is the case, you’ll receive multiple tracking numbers from the couriers. You will only be charged one-delivery fees, even if your order is dispatched separately.

Delivery Services

All deliveries are made to the ground floor front door only. If your delivery location requires special access arrangements, please inform us in advance. While we strive to accommodate all delivery scenarios, additional charges may apply for deliveries requiring extra resources. Please ensure item dimensions can fit through doorways, hallways, and any elevators before purchase.

Unfortunately, due to Occupational Health & Safety reasons, one man delivery services cannot lift items upstairs. If you require an upstairs delivery, please kindly let our team know as we may need to arrange a 2 Man White Glove Service which may incur additional charges (subject to location & availability). Product assembly and removal of rubbish are also not available under the delivery service.
