The lead-up to Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for delivery networks across Australia. With higher volumes moving through courier systems, timeframes can vary a little more than usual - so placing your order early gives it the best chance of arriving before Christmas.

Below is a guide to our recommended cut-off dates for each location, along with when our team will be back after the holiday break. These dates are here to help you plan ahead, though they aren’t guaranteed delivery deadlines, as courier capacity can fluctuate during the peak season.

Orders placed after the cut-off dates may still arrive before Christmas, but there is a higher chance of delay due to factors outside our immediate control. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time of year.

Any orders placed after 17th December 2025 will be queued and processed once our team returns on 12th January 2026, with dispatch beginning from that week onward.
