An Update Regarding Pre-Purchase Orders

An important update regarding some pre-purchase orders. 

Due to recent ongoing industrial action at every single major port across Australia, this matter has resulted in significant delays towards all incoming shipments during this crucial time of the year. There is currently over 50,000 containers awaiting to berth into their respective ports.

The ships carrying our products, many of which include pre-purchased orders was initially expected for dispatch around mid-November. We are now anticipating a docking date around mid-December, followed by arrival at our warehouse soon after.

As a result, we regret to advise that some orders may unfortunately not arrive in time for Christmas.

We understand that this revised timeline is not ideal, and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. Rest assured that we’re keeping a close eye on the situation and continue to be in regular contact with the relevant authorities to speed things up where we can.
