Before you Add to Cart — let’s talk delivery. 

Buying furniture online can feel like a leap of faith. 

You want to know when it will arrive, whether you need to be home, and if someone’s carrying it in or if it’s you and your partner awkwardly pivoting it through the hallway like a scene from Friends. 

Delivery is the final chapter of your L3 Home experience, and we believe it should feel just as considered as everything that came before. This page is your go-to for how your piece(s) get from us to your doorstep (or living room, if you choose white glove service). 

Whether it’s a small accent piece or a full dining set, we’re here to help get it to you safely, smoothly, and with clarity at every step. 


Your Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: Door-to-door delivery. You can be home to receive it, or give us Authority to Leave (ATL) if there's a safe spot to drop it off. Just a heads-up: this service stops at your front door (ground level only), so moving it inside will be up to you. (Check shipping costs using the postcode calculator on any product page.)

Melbourne Scheduled Delivery: Available for eligible Melbourne metro suburbs. Choose a weekday delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) that suits your schedule. Orders arrive between 12pm and 6pm at your front door (ground level only). Once booked, you'll receive a SMS confirmation with a more specific ETA. 
Note: This service doesn't include upstairs carry or in-home setup. If you think you'll need a hand beyond the doorstep, flick us a message and we'll chat through your options.

White Glove Delivery: Prefer to skip the heavy lifting (literally)? This premium service (available in select metro areas) includes: 

  • Two-person delivery to your room of choice
  • Assembly of your furniture pieces
  • Rubbish removal, so you're left with a finished space, not a cardboard fortress

Good to Know Before You Order

  • Double-check your delivery address: Once your order leaves our warehouse, address changes can be tricky and may cost extra. We want your pieces to reach the right place the first time. 
  • Physical addresses only: We can't deliver to P.O. boxes (furniture's a bit too bulky for that). Home or work addresses work perfectly. 
  • Orders might arrive in separate deliveries: Different pieces sometimes are sorted onto separate trucks (for example, a long box might travel on a different truck from a smaller one). If your pieces arrive at different times, it’s totally normal, and they'll soon be reunited. 
  • Peak periods may add delays: Times like Christmas, and major sales events can add a few extra days tothe  usual delivery window. Your patience goes a long way while couriers work through higher volumes.

What to Expect When You Order

  • In-stock items usually leave our Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days, but may vary depending on availability, order size and peak seasonal periods.
  • Larger or more delicate pieces might need a little extra prep or a courier with more finesse. Worth the extra time to get them there safe and sound. 
  • Pre-purchase items will show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. These are based on incoming shipments and may shift slightly depending on freight schedules.
  • We'll keep you posted via email when your order's on the move.
