2020 and 2021 have been challenging years for everyone in Australia, as well as the rest of the world. Many industries, including our own, have been impacted. As an online furniture retailer, we rely heavily on delivery services provided by our partnering courier companies to ensure that items purchased are delivered to our customer in a timely fashion. However, the lockdown restrictions and increased demand have delayed deliveries to many of our customers.
As a result, please be advised that over the course of the next few months and into the foreseeable Christmas season, we will be expecting delays across the board with regards to delivery. As the situation is constantly evolving, with much of it beyond our control, we are unfortunately unable to provide exact dates for when you will receive your order. We are estimating delays of approximately a week beyond the original expected delivery date.
While we understand that this is not ideal, we’re sorry this has been your experience and we would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused by the current situation.
