All of our products are beautifully handcrafted from Central Java Indonesia, utilizing natural & organic materials, hence no two pieces will be the same.
The frame is constructed from natural sustainably grown solid teakwood, the organic composition of the wood will display different shades of colour as intended by mother nature.
The cowhide leather is natural, untreated and undyed. Natural leathers are raw and colours may differ from hide to hide, small imperfections & blemishes may also be visible. Leathers will also soften and crease overtime.

We offer a 12 months warranty on all our products. All products come with guarantees and entitlements inline with Australian Consumer Law.
What does warranty not cover
Warranty does not cover for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, a change of ownership or damage caused as a result of incorrect assembly.

In-stock items usually ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days of order processing.
Some pieces, especially larger or more delicate ones, may require a little more prep or a courier that’s better suited to handle them with care. Standard Shipping
Available Australia-wide. Orders are delivered by general freight partners to your front door at ground level only. For most bookings, you'll receive an email from the appointed courier with delivery info once your order has been scheduled. We recommend keeping an eye on your inbox (and junk folder!) for delivery updates as your order gets closer.
Melbourne Scheduled Delivery
Available to eligible Melbourne metro suburbs, this option lets you select a weekday delivery (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and our team will be in touch to lock the date. Deliveries happen between 12pm and 6pm, to your front door at ground level only. Once it’s in the hands of the courier, you’ll receive a text confirmation with a more specific ETA on the day.
** Neither delivery service includes upstairs delivery, assembly or packaging removal. If you think access might be tricky—like stairs, gated entries, or you'd prefer a little help on the day, feel free to mention it when ordering, and we'll help coordinate the best approach.
How do we get your order to you?

What is our returns policy?
We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If your new piece isn’t quite right, we're here to make the return process simple.
Full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging with all contents included.
Please note that items purchased with a discount code or during a sale event are eligible for store credit or exchange only, and final clearance items cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and shipping fees (initial & return) are non-refundable.

What warranty do you offer?

P.S. Our warranty is designed for everyday home use, so commercial environments (hospitality venues, office spaces or other high-traffic settings) aren’t covered unless otherwise agreed before purchase.
