For our Melbourne customers, Scheduled Delivery lets you choose a delivery day that works best for you—Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Once your order's placed, we’ll be in touch to confirm the details and make sure everything arrives safely at your doorstep (ground floor only).

This service doesn't include room of choice delivery, product assembly, or rubbish removal. If you'd like a hand with that, please email us for more information and assistance.


Standard Shipping

Our Standard Shipping option covers most of Australia, with help from a network of trusted delivery partners chosen for their reliability.

We'll match your order with the delivery partner best suited to the size and nature of your items, whether it's a side table or a delicate travertine coffee table, it'll be in good hands. 

Deliveries are to the ground floor only. If your address involves stairs, lifts, or special access, please let us know ahead of time so we can help plan for it. Additional charges may apply for more complex access.

All of our products are beautifully handcrafted from Central Java Indonesia, utilizing natural & organic materials, hence no two pieces will be the same.

The frame is constructed from natural sustainably grown solid teakwood, the organic composition of the wood will display different shades of colour as intended by mother nature.

The cowhide leather is natural, untreated and undyed. Natural leathers are raw and colours may differ from hide to hide, small imperfections & blemishes may also be visible. Leathers will also soften and crease overtime.

All L3 Home pieces come with a 12-month warranty in line with Australian Consumer Law. This covers any manufacturing faults or defects that pop up during everyday use. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that’s a replacement part, repair, or refund.

P.S. Our warranty is designed for everyday home use, so commercial environments (hospitality venues, office spaces or other high-traffic settings) aren’t covered unless otherwise agreed before purchase.

 

What's not covered? 

General wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, or issues caused by neglect (like exposure to the elements or not using the item as intended) aren’t covered under warranty. If in doubt, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.

 

How do I make a warranty claim?

It's easy—just reply to your order confirmation email with a few clear photos of the issue and a quick note explaining what’s happened. Our team will assess it and guide you on the next steps.

In-stock items usually ship from our Melbourne warehouse within 5 business days of order processing. 

Some pieces, especially larger or more delicate ones, may require a little more prep or a courier that’s better suited to handle them with care. In these cases, dispatch may take slightly longer than the usual 5 days. We’d rather take the time to get it right and ensure your order gets to you safely.

Once your order's on the move, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey home. 

If your item is marked Pre-Purchase, you'll see an estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. These dates are based on incoming shipments and can shift slightly from time to time depending on international shipping timelines, but we'll always keep you updated if anything changes.

** Neither delivery service includes upstairs delivery, assembly or packaging removal. If you think access might be tricky—like stairs, gated entries, or you'd prefer a little help on the day, feel free to mention it when ordering, and we'll help coordinate the best approach.

We offer a 12 months warranty on all our products. All products come with guarantees and entitlements inline with Australian Consumer Law.

What does warranty not cover

Warranty does not cover for damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, a change of ownership or damage caused as a result of incorrect assembly.
