Finding out the cost of shipping couldn’t be easier: Just enter your postcode on the product page, and our shipping calculator will present available options suited to your location.

You’ll also notice an estimated dispatch timeframe, such as ‘Leaves Melbourne Warehouse within 5 Business Days’ on the same page. Keeping in mind that this timeframe indicates when we hand off your order to our shipping partner—subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, impacting delivery times, and not the actual arrival date at your doorstep.

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we aim to send your order in one shipment whenever possible. However, given that our products are stored across different warehouses, there may be instances where items in your order are dispatched separately and, as a result, could arrive at different times.

Tailored for our customers in Melbourne, our Melbourne VIP service offers the convenience of choosing your preferred delivery day that fits seamlessly into your week—available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is placed, we will confirm delivery specifics, ensuring your order arrives directly at your doorstep (ground floor only).

Standard Shipping

Our Standard Shipping service, in collaboration with a network of trusted delivery partners chosen for their reliability, ensures your order is delivered safely. While we endeavour to reach our customers across the vast landscapes of Australia, please note that delivery to certain remote or less accessible areas may face logistical challenges, leading to longer delivery times or additional considerations.

Each order is entrusted to the delivery partner best suited to the profile of your items, ensuring that, no matter their size or delicacy, they are handled with care. However, as our partners carry out the actual delivery, we appreciate your understanding that some aspects of the delivery process, such as exact timing and handling, are influenced by their operations and policies.

All deliveries are made to the ground floor only. Navigating stairs and lifts presents additional hurdles; therefore, if your delivery location requires special access, please inform us in advance. While we strive to accommodate all delivery scenarios, please note that additional charges may apply for those requiring extra resources.


White-Glove

Exclusively for our Melbourne-based customers, our White Glove service offers the ultimate in delivery convenience. This option includes direct delivery to your preferred room, assembly of your items and the removal of all packaging materials, ensuring your new additions are immediately ready to enjoy without any hassle.

What warranty do you offer? 

All L3 Home pieces come with a 12-month warranty in line with Australian Consumer Law. This covers any manufacturing faults or defects that pop up during everyday use. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that’s a replacement part, repair, or refund.

P.S. Our warranty is designed for everyday home use, so commercial environments (hospitality venues, office spaces or other high-traffic settings) aren’t covered unless otherwise agreed before purchase.

 

What's not covered? 

General wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, or issues caused by neglect (like exposure to the elements or not using the item as intended) aren’t covered under warranty. If in doubt, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.

 

How do I make a warranty claim?

It's easy—just reply to your order confirmation email with a few clear photos of the issue and a quick note explaining what’s happened. Our team will assess it and guide you on the next steps.

Care Instructions

Our recommendation is to have the covers professionally cleaned.

If the fabric has been accidentally stained, blot the stain with a clean, dry, white cloth, working from the outer edge to the centre of the stain. Use a hair dryer on the lowest heat setting to evenly dry the fabric and prevent moisture rings.

Avoid placing fabric furniture in direct sun light to minimize fading caused by natural bleaching.

Fluff and pat down feather cushions regularly to remove dust and maintain its natural shape. Vacuuming regularly also helps increase the fabric longevity and lifespan.

 

Colour Accuracy Disclaimer

The appearance of items may vary differently in colour or shade as compared to the image viewed on your PC, mobile, tablet or computer screen's colour settings. The appearances may also be affected by the way the items have digitally photographed and professional studio lighting.

If you have any concerns, please kindly request a fabric sample.

 

Measurement Variance Disclaimer

Due to upholstery and soft furnishing nature of the products, all measurements listed in the descriptions are to the best approximation. The actual size may vary +/- a few cm.

Delivery & Returns

L3 Small Size DeliveriesSmall Sized Items

Many lightweight items can be shipped via Parcel Couriers such as Australia Post. As soon as your item has left the warehouse you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online. Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature upon delivery; however, you can select an option at checkout to leave the order at your door. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and you have not given an authority to leave the package, a notice with alternative arrangements will be left at your residence (usually your parcel will be stored at your local post office for pick up).


L3 Medium Size DeliveriesMedium Sized Items

For medium sized items such as chairs or flat packed furniture that cannot be shipped via Australia Post, we will send them through one of several freight carriers. Our standard agreement with our carriers does not include a call to arrange a suitable delivery time. However, once your items have left the warehouse, you will be able to track their journey online. Please note that delivery dates shown on the carriers’ websites are only estimates and we cannot take any liability for late deliveries.

Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.

Usually, our freight deliveries are sent straight to your doorstep and require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in a reasonable order. However, if you anticipate that you might not be at home for your delivery, please select the option to leave the order at your door at checkout. Due to security and liability restriction of our carriers, the customer is responsible for bringing any of such merchandise into their home, so we recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home, unpack and install your furniture.

If, for any reason, our shipping partner is not able to successfully deliver your order they should leave a card with further delivery instructions. In these situations, L3 Home reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. shipping and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the net amount (i.e. the amount you paid minus shipping or storage costs).

This service is provided by Hunter Express and Allied Express.


L3 Large Size DeliveriesLarge Sized Items

Large furniture items are mostly shipped using a two men delivery service. Once your order has left the warehouse you will be notified via email. Unfortunately, online tracking is not available for such deliveries. However, the carrier will typically contact you in order to arrange a delivery time that suits you best. For metropolitan areas, upon delivery the drivers will carry your item into your room of choice. Services such as delivery to room of choice may not be guaranteed where item cannot safely be brought through doorways or elevators.

Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. We cannot accept a PO box for these items as the shipping address because our shipping partners are unable to deliver to a PO box. We suggest you provide a street address for delivery if you are purchasing furniture items.

Please note that it may not be advisable to give an authority to leave large items at your door as we will not be held liable for any loss and will not be able to provide the service to carry the items into your home and you may need to have someone available to help you.

In very exceptional cases where delivery may result in unusually high freight charges (including, but not limited to, remote delivery locations, inner city deliveries, island deliveries, etc.), L3 Home reserves the right to cancel an order. We would recommend holding any packaging until you are sure that you are in love with your new furniture as if you change your mind, we will ask you to return the items in their original condition and packaging.

 

What are our delivery charges?

Delivery prices may differ depending on the item. Prices can be displayed as a fixed price, vary based on your suburb/postcode and for larger items or bulk purchases you may need to contact us for a quotation.

 

Who do we deliver with?

We work closely with several couriers across Australia. All deliveries are to your front door or ground floor only with reasonably good access. All deliveries are conducted Monday to Friday during business hours.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Items are dispatched within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared, a tracking number will be updated for your reference. Please allow for up to 7-10 business days for all metro cities and up to 14 days for selected regional areas. Delivery times are excluding weekend and delays can arise due to public holidays, peak periods or areas affected by natural disasters.

 

What if I am not home?

If the courier driver has missed you, they will leave a delivery card for you to contact them to organise a redelivery. Please check your mailbox or under your door regularly and keep your tracking number handy.

 

What is our returns policy?

We want you to feel confident shopping with us, but if your new piece isn’t quite right, full-priced items can be returned within 14 days of delivery—as long as they’re unused and in their original packaging with all contents included.

Please note that items purchased with a discount code or during a sale event are eligible for store credit or exchange only, and final clearance items cannot be returned. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

What warranty do you offer? 

All L3 Home pieces come with a 12-month warranty in line with Australian Consumer Law. This covers any manufacturing faults or defects that pop up during everyday use. If something’s not quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right—whether that’s a replacement part, repair, or refund.

P.S. Our warranty is designed for everyday home use, so commercial environments (hospitality venues, office spaces or other high-traffic settings) aren’t covered unless otherwise agreed before purchase.

 

What's not covered? 

General wear and tear, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, or issues caused by neglect (like exposure to the elements or not using the item as intended) aren’t covered under warranty. If in doubt, please reach out and we’ll always do our best to help.

 

How do I make a warranty claim?

It's easy—just reply to your order confirmation email with a few clear photos of the issue and a quick note explaining what’s happened. Our team will assess it and guide you on the next steps.
